fractional & interim Marketing Management

For many clients and projects, I've worked on an interim (short-term) or fractional (part-time basis). I'm working on publishing client case studies but here's a few examples:

• Swimathon : I was their fractional marketing lead working up to 2 days a week - from planning their Marketing Strategy - to leading the execution of it through to evaluating the campaign. I was able to flex in line with their seasonal peaks and troughs

• SAE UK - I initially did a marketing audit for them, which led to some interim implementation work - around 2 days a week for around 3 months while they built a new permanent team

• Cowshed (marketing agency) - I was their Interim Head of Digital for around 6 months - initially working 2 days per week phasing down the days/hours as we filled the role and upskilled the team
